Test runs are available for new customers / new flavors. We will only schedule a test run with a corresponding manufacturing run purchase order booked, and a down payment made.

Each different SKU/Flavor has an independent cost that is subject to the batching instructions.
Should the test meet all delineated batch and formula specifications it will be deemed complete. Should the customer request an additional test run, with a formula change, it will be treated as a new test run subject to all parameters and costs above.
